Sales & New Purchase Orders:

  •  Please contact Sales (sales@acipower.com) for accurate pricing & quotes or questions.
  • All Credit Card Orders will be subject to a 5% fee to cover processing costs, we can accept only VISA or MasterCard.
  • All international bank wire transfers will be subject to a $40.00 fee to cover processing costs.

Shipping Details:

  • All Orders will ship EX WORKS Tully, NY, USA. Shipping costs include ACI’s negotiated freight & handling charges with the following carriers: UPS & Fed Ex, DHL available upon request.
  • Please provide your Freight Account and preferred carrier/shipping method with your order; all shipping charges will be prepaid and billed to your freight account unless otherwise specified.

Lead Times & Order Acknowledgements:

  • All orders are subject to a 3-5 week standard lead time depending on current production capacity, the size of the order, and other factors. If you require a quicker lead time please provide the preferred receiving date and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some instances, expedite fees may be applicable.
  • All new purchase orders will be formally acknowledged within 2-3 business days barring any unexpected delays or complications. Acknowledgements and tracking information will be sent via e-mail to the contacts provided by the customer.

Warranty Info & RMAs:

  • ACI’s warranty is extended for twelve (12) months from the date provided on each and every unit we build. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective unit(s), or a credit for the net invoice of a product based on ACI’s sole discretion.
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained prior to the return of the product(s), and the customer must bear the responsibility of all freight charges. No credit or refund will be issued if the returned product displays any of the following conditions:
    • Rendered defective through misapplication or abuse (as determined by ACI)
    • Unit is out of warranty
    • Labels have been removed
    • The unit(s) have been modified in any way following their having left ACI’s facilities.
